I had a great gig tonight!

did a 7 bedroom house wedding and the bloke has a lamourghini spider.

At the end (i did two hours extra) he said you need some money for the two hours extra. I said i would swop it for an hour in his car.

He gave me the money and also agreed that i could take the car out if i got insured for the day (cant be too much). i have an impreza and that is £100 a year so it cant be too much more?

any way it made up for my rubbish night last night:

- my trailer wheel fell off on the way to the gig at 60miles an hour!!

- then some idiot hit a horse on the way home!! we then had to kill it which has upset me allot as they were totally visible and i was flashing him. i love horses and its such a shame but it is a regular thing in the new forest (3 a week)! he was devastated :bang:

anyway i cant wait for my drive ;)

I wouldn't bet on it. How on earth do you get your Impreza insured for £100 a year, what company do you use?

We were in the New Forest near you yesterday Toby and I can see how animals get injured as they do tend to just wander where they like and people without many brain cells will always drive too fast.

I tell you what is freaky...the wedding I did on friday, well one of the guests had exactly the same car that is in the picture above posted by YourDJ. I was chatting to the groom when I got there to set up and he showed me round it. He said he got taken to the venue in it. It looked lovely and had a private plate on it too that was something like L4M 8O.

I agree about the New Forest, yes it's dodgy down there and I am down there in August for a wedding. I sold my Scooby and just drive the van now. Not sure how you get an Impreza insured for £100.00...something dodgy there mate. Shame about the horse aswell, I like horses myself and would have been gutted to see that incident.

Not keen on that car. Personally would sooner have a Ferrari 599 in the garage :D

something like that? I will check:

Sorry £278 (renewal tomorrow price) which is pretty good :) Fully comp with my 24 year old polish girlfriend, which worked out cheaper than just me!!

You should have said we could have met up and had a chat :beer1: Trailer.

He was doing about 30 which is why i thought "he must have seen them". was flashing until too late. Been bothering me a bit actually as he was panicking so i had to be strong and organized so that the scene was safe etc. and the horse out of the way (mum etc. were near by in the road). Hit me yesterday.

I actually had my flu-resent jacket on before due to the imminent threat of my wheel falling off again!

Here it is (mines hiding from shame):

phoned bloke about test drive. I would be just as happy to sit in it and go for a spin.

Any one know any good supercar insurers for one day use?

Italian cars for you. I had an alfa spider as of last year. temperamental like the women!

Got the insurance today. £290 fully comp.

The bloke said he can add a week in the Lambo for around £50 which i think is amazing! have not heard back from the bloke. he seemed serious but do not want to push it. people like that get fed up with people like me lol.
