Hi guys and girls.

I was booked back in February for a disco tomorrow night, but have had no reply from the client since then, apart from confirming the booking and asking me for my address to send the deposit.

I have sent several E-Mails since then, but none have had a reply nor did I receive a deposit.

I have just rung the venue and they said they have a party booked, but there is another disco booked.

Any advice on what I should do?

Thanks as always.

Nothing?

They've obviously decided to use another disco. Aslong as no contract has been signed/cash exchanged hands - there's nothing binding you & the client.

Just leave it. Bit of a bummer for you but you got the night off.

considering they never replied to your emails and they have a disco booked then you have answered your own question

I agree, forget it. Still a bit crappy that the "client" couldnt even be bothered facing you and saying they didnt want you :(

Is you confirmed the booking, did they sign your terms and conditions?

I meant ...

If the booking was confirmed, did they sign your terms and conditions?
