Hello All,
Just thought I'd write about my weekend.
Saturday: Went down to Bournemouth for my Nan & Grandad garden party, which was inside due to the rain (:o ) which was good :) Left here (Northampton) at 10am, got back at 10pm, then went to our next door neighbours 21st birthday until midnight.
Sunday: Left home at 8am to get to Birmingham N.I.A to film for P.M.T (www.pmtonline.co.uk). We were asked to film a huge promo video or PMT's Drumfest & guitarfest show so the company can take the video to the NAMM show in the USA to promote their event to big music industry stars. Had a great day, met some famous drummers (i don't expect you to know them, but people we met included: Karl Brazil (James Blunt & Feeder), Carmine Appice, Simon Phillips (Toto & The Who), Jo Jo Mayer & Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall). We got home at 8pm.
Monday: Left home at 8am, to get to the N.I.A again, to take part in a Guinness World Record attempt. The record we tried to smash was previously (;)) held by the Americans which was 533 drummers drumming to the same 'beat' for a couple of mins. We beat this with 580 drummers for 7 minutes. All money raised went to 'Stick It To MS' which was raising money for MS sufferers.
I was also interviewed by a news team there - so may be on wither BBC, ITV or Sky news at some point.
So, now, i'm absolutely knackered!
