looks like its sent from a 'msn' address via a yahoo address;


also looks like its from Hong Kong (.hk after address)

As i do not know what the guests might choose for their meals and drinks, i will make a prepayment as initial deposit for this booking via credit card once availability is confirmed by you.All checks and balances will be made with you on 11th October which is the final day of the booking, You are to arrange for a Videography,Music
Entertainment,Photography,Officiant/Priest & Church,cake,flowers and hall.If there is any of these items that is beyond your capability,you let us know so that another company can handle it. Get back to me with your response as we don't have much time with us so that we can process our accommodation within the region more convenient for you and us.

Why would they contact a mobile disco when they're actually looking for a wedding planner?

How many mobile discos can also arrange a church, priest, video, photographer, cake, flowers and reception venue?

This is a very common scam. They pay you in advance using a stolen/cloned credit card then, once they've "sent" you the "prepayment" change their mind and ask for their money back. The plan is you refund the money from your account before it's properly cleared (could be showing in your account but not have actually cleared for a few weeks) then their bank (or the real customer's bank) takes it back off you. You've lost out and the scammer has your money.

Avoid it at all costs.
