Rather you than me.
You would get the kids touching and messing around with it and you dont want the kids to be messing around with the fan unit on the bottom.
Could be a tad dangerous.
Also would your public liabilty cover you if anything unfrotunate happened to your Air Dancer and he de-flated LOL!

They are huge though Callum,
Alot of places with stages where you could put it the air dancer would hit the ceiling easily.
You really need a venue with a high ceiling or an outside venue such as a fate or a show where you can use these effects.

I'm sorry. I was under the impression you wanted honest opinions, not sugar-coated responses that would reinforce your decision to buy the item. :zip:

Have you thought about the risk of it being stolen and also vandalisation risks.
We all know that WMC aren't the best venues in the world.
How would you secure it, How would you get power to it from the venue i.e using safety mats for the cables ect.

Unquantifiable....but thanks for your comment....
I pride myself on being non-comformist and doing stuff out of the ordinary....
It would be easier to sit here and moan about the recession and lack of bookings (believe me ....i'm not complaining)....I'm trying to think of ways to kick the business on even further...
The concensus is its a cheap and nasty idea.....I'll take everyones advice.

No I just work at some upper class venues where using an Air Dancer would make my show look cheap.

Surprised you ask that.. The design allows you to put your business name and phone number on it.
Maybe you'd prefer 1/16 th of a page in your local adveritser....for one week??

Sorry, but I'm not absolutley sure what your problem is here?
This is a forum to discuss things. If you don't want people to discuss things then don't start the threads.
If you think that buying this is going to get you lots of extra bookings and it suits your business model, then fair enough. Go for it.
It wouldn't suit my business as I don't go for tacky things like that and in answer I also wouldn't take out a local advert either...

If thats what happens over a little ol' Air Dancer I can't wait to hear what you all think about some real issues that I have.....:Hi there:

I thought about getting a smaller cheaper one but then thought it would be something I would use once and then wouldnt bother with the extra work of setting it up.

ok, its not something I would buy and use, as as a DJ I am not the whacky/personality dj type - BUT I can see kids loving them, and I can see you becoming known as 'the dj with the inflatable dancers' etc locally, so you could get a reputation and repeat gigs etc off the back of it - if you can advertise on them too, then great - cant do any harm. its a different style of set up to others on here - but nothing wrong with that.
anywho, parties are meant to be fun! - if thats your thing then give it a go!
