Well, if you cannot use the program what's the point of doing it in Excel? It's meant for non-techy types (pretty much like at PC World!) so it's obviously better drawn!

Or Oranges technical staff. Ive got a D/L speed of less than 20kbps right now and some foreigner in the middle of bangladesh is trying to tell me its my computer because thats what she can read on a screen. (it aint my computer :D )

Been there, done that............................:bang: :bang: :bang: I feel your pain. I'm not sure how to do it, but their tech support in I think Newcastle, are great. Tell our long distance friend you can't understand them, they may transfer you to Geordieland. A friend often does this.
