Emailing Contract

Using a revised contract and now have a client who wishes it to be sent via email.

At the moment I have a scanned in headed paper which I print a rich text file with the contract wording onto it. This runs onto two a4 pages and resizing the font wouldnt be any use. What Im wanting to do is to send it as one file with the two pages on.

Anyone know how to do this?

Ive tried using paint to copy and paste in the second page however when I save it and then open by double clicking it only shows the first page.

The file format is Jpg as Ive printed out the contract with the clients details on and rescaned it to the two files I want to send.

Im guessing theres an easier way of doing it but Im wanting to use the headed paper and as I did it online with easyprint I dont have a "master" file.

Or use a something like publisher and put the pictures below each other then export as an image.

See that would be great with an invoice and thanks for your offer. As its a contract though its pretty standard its just because it use to be on one page before but now Ive updated it has run into two pages.

Have you tried Primo PDF?
If not you can download it from here:

Once installed, scan in the completed contact and print it but select Primo PDF as the printer.

For sending contracts etc etc how about using BT E-Signature :)

You can upload contracts in word documents or PDF format and they are emailed to the customer who can then electronically sign them. You get 5 free signatures a month on their free trial or it costs 5.99 a month if you sign up with them, for unlimited signatures.

It's well worth looking at. At the agency, it used to take us about a week / 10 days to get a contract signed and returned from a client and then send one onto the act etc etc, now our average time to get a document signed in August is 266 mins. :)

You can set automatic reminders on each agreement to remind them to sign it either daily or weekly, and it automatically keeps a log which tells you the time, date (down to the second) each time a client looks at it & when they sign it.

After the customer has signed it, you & the customer receive a PDF copy of the contract automatically emailed to you.

Electronically signed contracts are legally binding, ( you can read the white paper on the BT website.)

It's also cut our paper usage at the office by 70% and we reckon that our postage expense will be cut by 80% this year.:approve2:

you could try just opening jpeg in paint - select all, copy - then open word or excel and paste, and save as one document?
