Mixer problem

Hey there ive just noticed one major and annoying noise coming from a mixer i use in my room as personal recording usage it was fine till the other day while i was recording a voice over the buzz started ! .. i was like WHAT THE HECK .. then since then its not stopped .. only happens when i unplug the mic .. and before you say ive checked the MIC And Cables and its not them also ive tried it in diffrent places .. even not in my house "buzz remains" .. do you think its time to get a new one?

Pretty old, but i just seem to think its old age but only just happened the other day .. i only use it for XLR Connection for the Mic , anyway its a Gemini PS 626

Have you tired a different XLR lead and/or mic?

Yes i have!, even a brand new mic and cable .. Still the same problem i just think its the age of it !
