Okay,

I am currently in the process of trying to put a contract together for a venue for this Christmas.

The main bits of information that need to be conveyed are the following:

The contract is subject to 6 Bookings at a fixed price.

Also it is agreed that Tuesday 15th September I will be doing an open day for them for free on the basis on being guarenteed 6 nights worth of work in Decmeber.

I am not 100% sure of what needs covering in the contract and how to write it. If anyone has a contract they use for venues and would be happy to email me a copy so I could use it as a template that would be a great help.

Other than my usual T&C's I think the main points should include the following: (correct me if I am wrong)

The contract is subject to a free disco on Tuesday 15th September subject to 6 dates been offered in December.

If 6 days are not offered then a fee of £XXX must be paid to myself.

The 6 days are at £XXX amount and should be paid no later than 30 days after the date.(this has been agreed with the venue - just to let you know)

Should payment be later than 30 days then £XXX amount will be added on top of the agreed fee every day the payment is overdue.

Hope someone can help me with this and point me in the right direction.

Many Thanks in advance.

James

Surely there has got to be someone on this forum who has experience of putting a contract together for a company?!
