Just got in from my meeting and things are really gathering pace now (9 weeks to the event)!!!

Venue/sound/lighting all secured, 1200 children attending with various parents.

The venue is doing the food & drinks (less for me to worry about)

It is going to be mahoooosive!!!

That's a big crowd for a childrens event but i can go one bigger max :D i'm sure you'll hear about a local event in the press soon (within the next few weeks in the standard) happening in November that will be for 15,000 - 20,000 people - and i'll be running it and puttin the kit in for it :eek: Sur eit will work out ok though.

Hiya Mate,

It is going to be held at Spiceball Leisure centre in Banbury.

Entry is by ticket only.

(I have people coming up from somerset and bristol!!!)

Gary I have just posted a thread regarding a contact for childrens disco/entertainers, do you cover the Somerset area? if so I can use you for my contact?
