hi my computer has two jack sound outputs that i use one of to go to my mixer.
what i was thinking is if i required more could i connect the second output to a different setup so the computer was running through twoo setups?

Are you certain the other mini jack isn't a mic IN. You could always use the 'through' signal from your amp to feed another system
no its defo another jack as i have used it in the past.
so do you think this would work?
how would i use the through system?

Yes you can, my laptop has two soundcards also.... before that, I used a USB soundcard on my old laptop as my on board laptop soundcard was a load of :Censored: .
I think you can get quality USB soundcards for less than £30 ! Defo worth it if your sound quality is suffering from a poor laptop soundcard. :D

I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work, but I can't see why you would want to do it.
To couple another amp/speakers run additional XLR leads from the through/output sockets on amp A to the XLR input sockets on amp B, job done.
ya i agree a gigport is on my shopping list.

The Acer machines have two jack outputs - one headphone and one line-out although they both (seem to) put out the same level of signal.
