View Full Version : Do me a favour Ronnie and jack it in.
Sorry guys i had to get this of my chest.
I watched the Snooker tonight and Ronnie O sullivan drew in his match, then as per norm, he complained, about playing bad.:bang:
He makes me sick when he does this.
I use to play to quite a good standered ( well 98 break standerd, so ok ish)
and i know that a lot of guys would be over the moon to be in Ronnie's shoes, but when he talks like this, it is totally out of order.
When he has lost in the World championship in the past he has talked about walking away from the game.
I wonder how the players that had just beat him must feel.
Yes he is the most gifted player to have ever played the game, but i for one wish he would do me favour and jack it in and i dont think that he will win as many world championships as Steven Hendry has because i think he will self destruct before to long.
Sorry about the rant.:bang:

He is certainly quite moody.
Didn't he walk out half way through a game a couple of years back?

He's been through a lot personally, and certainly has some psychological issues. He does bring a bit of character, and even controversy to the game though, which is a good thing in my book.

A bit like the snooker version of John Mcenroe.
Oh dear, Ronie is loosing again.
I cant wait to hear his interview and him saying something like " i can't get motivated anymore".:)
Poor thing.;)

About 10 years ago he walked into my local. I was stood at the bar and he was stood just behind me with another bloke. He had been there about 2 minutes and the place was very busy. He started to moan straight away about waiting to be served. When the landlord walked over Ronnie shouted "Oi Geezer, how long does it take to get a drink in this place?". The landlord apologised and said he would be next and then those immortal words blurted out of Ronnie's mouth... "Do you know who I am?" he shouted. "Yes!" said the landlord..."and if you talk to me like that again you can leave"..
About 1 minute later, he left!
He didn't come over such a good guy to me. First impressions and all that.

Sounds like he's in serious need of some lessons in manners!
