Okay so I was chatting to DJ Kev (my roadshow partner) during the buffet last night and we somehow got onto a random conversation (not unusual) about what if there was a DJ based robot wars called DJ WARS - featuring TV's own Craig Charles as the host.

Basically you would have to build a killer robot out of bits of your DJ kit. Points would not only be awarded for a kill and damage, but for flair and entertainment value (we are entertainers after all).

So what would your DJ WARS robot be called?
What would be its main weapon?
What would win the judges over in terms of flair and entertainment value?

Remember it would need to be tough and sexy.

We haven't really thought too much about the rules, etc (we aren't that sad, although in essence this whole post is rather geeky) We just had great giggles coming up with really meaty creations and some more stylish numbers and imagining how the fight would go.

The Kaminator with a laser and cd tray ejection as the main weapon, along with various LED's and moving faders.

FALinater it would be made out of components from an old set of fal decks and the tone arm from the garrard turntable would swing out and knock the opponent and i would have some pyrotecnics on the side and an ultimax winch stand sticking out the front that could be winched in and out
