Fancy Dress Help!!!

Right Guys (and girls), im off to a Dance Weekender and the saturday night is fancy dress.

The theme is a Mental Asylum and the general consensus from the event forum isnt only straightjackets/doctors/nurses but also famous psycos, horror movie killers, movie victims etc etc.

So.......any ideas, im fairly stumped. Im not wanting the outfit to cost a fortune...andter all, its just for getting hammered in ;) :D
