Have been through the old thread from over a year ago and thought it better to start a new one - mods, you decide.

Have started getting phone calls from these people at home, on my mobile (how?) and emails too.

It seems that I placed a listing on their site and they wish to confirm my details to complete the listing. No doubt they will also want me to take a premium listing or some such.

As it was I was on the mobile and couldn't talk as no hands free at that moment. I am not happy at them putting my details on their site without my permission and have written an email to them to say just that.

Anyone else getting hassle from them?

I got a call yesterday and they left a message on the answer phone to which I just deleted.

Not anymore after I politely told them where to go. Next time they ring ask them for a home contact number. When they ask why, reply " so I can ring you at stupid o'clock & waste your :Censored: time"!

I kept getting calls from them to upgrade the listing etc etc. I went onto the website and couldn't even find my basic listing that I had supposedly put there (and that was using direct word search 'floorfillerz') - In the end I stopped being polite and :Censored: them off - haven't had a call since :D

thing is has anyone had a hit from that site cause i can't see that they rank very high

I had to get a bit arsey with one of them on the phone, as I was fed up of them bothering me and they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer.... only it didn't work, so they got a snotty reply to the next email they sent me, and that did the trick.

I had these on the phone to me last summer nearly everyday. I just told them I wasn't interested and starting hanging up on their phone calls and delteing their emails that they was sending me. That seemed to do the trick but maybe it could all start again?

I remember these guys and also remember the trouble people had with them last year.

I took great offence at someone putting my business details on their site without my permission (I am very selective about where I advertise) so they got a well-worded email from my legal guy. Needless to say, "my" ad was taken down off their site within hours and I've heard nothing of them since!

Until now when I read this thread!!! :eek:
