Kam 4t frame

Does any one else use one of these stand frames and if so have you altered the lighting bag again if so what to? i was thinking of getting a tri truss lighting bar but unsure how to fasten the the uprights properley

Cheers for that mate but ive already got the frame etc was just looking for the lighting bar on its own or some more reviews on what members use with there stand etc :)
