Hi there my name is Olly!

I have been a DJ for around 5 years now but I also own my own company selling sound and lighting equipment now. I love being able to help fellow DJs succeed in what they want to do when they come to us looking for gear and advice. I believe a good knowledge in what you want to sell is key so that is why I also DJ myself. As a company we have some exciting things in the pipeline including some products exclusive to us in the UK!

I did used to have an old account on here but it hasn't been used for a while so I’ve made a new one!

I look forward to getting involved again and chatting with everyone!

Cheers :)

Welcome.

A few questions, if I may...

Looking at a few of your prices, I'm a tad confused. Take the dbx 1066 for example, you have this for sale on your website at £485.76. Trade ex vat on this product is around £280 (I won't quote exactly as this is frowned upon within the trade), the street price inc vat for the 1066 is just north of £400. I'm guessing £485.76 is vat inclusive, which still means you're selling well above RRP on this line (if you have actually sold any 1066s, of course)

Are you VAT registered and can you provide a VAT invoice if I were to purchase from you?

I see virtually all your SKUs are shown as "in stock". Is this correct - do you hold stock or are you a drop shipment operation? (I see you accept cards but only through paypal as opposed to a merchant account - slightly odd for a retail operation as the margins rarely sustain the cost in this sector)

What is your returns policy?

What level of product support do you offer?

I see you have "in stock" a not so very well known but extremely cheap "Brooke" line array system. What's the feedback (pardon the pun) from the customers you've sold these LA boxes to?

Tony, let the man breath!

Perhaps a PM may be more polite on this occasion if you'd like to buy from him.

Hi - welcome on board you peddler of overpriced electrical gizmo's ;)

I have to be honest... I do find that a little offensive. We offer the cheapest prices in the UK on a lot of our main products! So this is a bit of a generalised harsh comment no? :(

Errr - It was a joke in response to A1DL's opening gambit where he seemed to be questioning your price on dbx 1066 and stating it was well over RRP if it included VAT.

No offense meant - I haven't even seen your site. :o

Please drop me a line if you do need anything so I can do you a special MDD price! I am currently waiting for a reply from the guys in charge of this forum about some advertising. Hopefully we will be able to do some forum exclusive deals for you all.
