Looks too low to me. I reckon it's about 2m, whereas 3m would be much safer. Jamie Whitehouse used to put out a truss cube - perhaps he can comment.

They're based just across the hill from me. Looks good to me, they don't have any low hanging lights except maybe those scanners, which they've strategically put in the corners, so can't see how it would be dangerous?

I think the height is fine if you look at the "dancers" they don't duck when they come onto the dancefloor, so no problem.... In fact I want one
But then again what do I know about Health & Safety :p :D :D

Well, if you look at the height of the ceiling, not sure they could have gone any higher with it anyway.
As Danno says, they's strategically placed the lights anyhow.

Looking at it again, I do think it looks a bit weird on top of the dance floor. I reckon they should have made the truss bigger, or the dance floor smaller, all the lights are pointing inwards anyway, so seems pointless having dancing area outside of the cube.

Would probably just about be OK, usually 3.0m is about right, as it's high enough so that everything is out of reach, but not too difficult to rig.
