Denon HD2500 Flight Case

Hi All,

I have been searching through some old threads, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

I want to case a Denon HD2500, 4U Mixer, 1U Light Switch Panel, 2U CD Panel. I also need to fit 2U Kam drawers, but change them for the BU4000/4500 Eventually.

So, I guess I'm going to be needing a 10U + 2U case, where is the best place to get one from.

Also would it fit, or should I go for a large case, such as a 12U + 2U?

I would prefer a wood/metal case rather than plastic.

I wouldn't order anything until the Denon arrives because it is quite deep which can pose a problem if you like having your controller below your mixer as I do!

Even with my HC4500 I can't use the first 1U of top space because of the depth.

This is what I did when I had a HD2500.

The case is 2U high if I remember correctly. Worked very well for me and it was still OK to lift for one person. :)

Hi Scott,

I used to use a Gator 10u x 4u case. The problem was that it was so damn heavy I ended up splitting everything into two seperate cases. In the 4u front section I had a 1u HDD unit, a 1u keyboard drawer and 2u of CD drawers.
