Weddings off but the partys still on

Had a call this morning from the bride for a wedding for this evening at a rather nice hotel,

Groom did a runner this morning and left a note saying its not happening

So sound quite cherpy she is to make the most of the day and the venue and the party is now a christmas party for family and friends.

What do you say has anyone else been in this posistion ???

The partys not a problem but what a situation to find yourself in the middle of... just hope it all goes well.

I did a wedding recently where the Groom's divorce from his first wife hadn't come through in time. They went ahead with the wedding reception anyway.

Well it was the weirdest night i've ever done there were about 20 people there all night,

First half no body moved all sitting talking , after the food, every up for a while but i think everyone felt a little out of place considering, i know i kept looking at lists of tracks thinking no better not placy that, or that , or that,

stuff like cheryl cole fight for this love etc....

but there you have it next thing i think is moving into divorce partys :D
