Well last weekends weddings were a tale of two halfs.
Thursdays was aweful from my point of view, the B&G had "downloaded" as selection of songs (3 pages) which was their playlist. Whe questioned, they had trawled bridal forums for other peoples playlists and then handed them to me as their playlist.
It was a huge room, with not alot of guests and everytime i got them up dancing, the Bride decided she wanted something else on straight away.
Fridays wedding was a different story, it was a fairly big room, but they were shoehorned in and their idea of a playlist was "get on and do your own thing" (this was the wedding i mentioned in a seperate thread where i had to choose the first dance for them).
Got a really nice text of the bride of Fridays wedding yesterday saying thanks, and how much everyone enjoyed themselves...and to top it off, ive just replied to my 3rd emai,l in the last two days, from guests at that function for quotes for their own wedding over the next two years. :D Result!!!
