I've got Turkey, Pheasant wrapped in smokey bacon, Venison sausages, Wild Boar and apple sausages, Brussels with Pancetta, Parsnips with honey and butter, Roasted carrots, Roasted pots in Duck fat, Mashed pots, Yorkshire pud, Homemade Cranberry with Orange zest with Brandy and gravy......Homemade Christmas pud with homemade Brandy butter......


......can anyone think of anything else.....:confused:

Yeah, potatoes should be done in goose fat, not duck fat.

No bread sauce, sausage meat or stuffing? :D

Yep....just checked the fridge, thought I had duck fat - turns out to be goose...:doh:

It's been one of those days...:o

Edit - I've been out the kitchen's for about 25yrs. :o
