A free & easy way to do this is use Windows Movie Maker.

Type in "Watermarking Video in Windows Movie Maker" into YouTube and there are a couple of tutorials - very easy to do.

No problem. You do it the same way you add text to the video, but as the tutorial will show you, there's a preset you create that's then added to the add text page. Glad it helped.
