View Full Version : Nervous or Excited?
I think I might be strange.
Most people I know when they make a new purchase of something quite valuable they are quite excited waiting for it to arrive.
Every time I order anything of any value I am just worried and nervous prior to it turning up. I always think the worst that it won't be right when it arrives, or will be damaged in transit, or it won't turn up at all.
Anyone else particular to worrying about stuff?

Not really. Actually I might be in one respect. If I ordered a Cortex, I'd be worried in case they sent me a hard of hearing Denon. ;)
Normally I'm just damned impatient.

I'm waiting for my new TV to arrive as they didn't have any in the shop....:( ...but they also unpack it, check for damage, set it up and take the old one away...

I thought you already had a hearing aid so it would go together?

Yeah, but it's not USB, so I can't find an adaptor for the Denon. :bang:

I only buy direct when I collect from suppliers. I try before I buy :)
The bonus of having an account is I can try for a month before I pay if I like.
Have brought stuff from Fleabay before and most of the time been unhappy when it arrives.
When I open my new shop, I'll have a full demo area for each section, and a hire style system or trade in section. That way I can find out whats good for the money and whats not.
