View Full Version : Resizing Photos
Hi all
Sorry if there is a guide to this already, but I did try the search facility.
Rather than continuing to post grainy mobile phone pictures has anyone got a quick guide to resizing photos so they will post on here.
Thanks

Resize on your PC.
Open photo with picture editor - see on the right hand side to resize.
Resize to correct size - save then upload....easy! :sofa:

You could try this piece of software, it's free and will resize any photo without losing quality.

It basically adds an option to the right click on a photo.
Hope this helps,
Darren

What O/S do you use as there's a hand little utility on XP that you can install which makes it very easy.
Or open with paint and resize that way.

It's a free download on MS' website, under 'Power Toys for XP' I think.

Doesn't work on Vista though, unless they've changed it recently.

Well there's a first time for everything.  I use Photopaint by Corel, or there are loads of programs which will do it.

I have always used Google Picasa for all of my photos. It will sort them into albums and you are able to export and resize multiple images.

His advice was spot on and very simple to follow. As you can see from the pictures of my toy that I have posted.
