Does anyone from northamptonshire (preferrably within 15 miles of daventry) need a helping had at any disco's?

The reason I ask is Id like to earn a little extra cash to put towards my own disco equipment, obviously I wouldnt mention anything about this to your clients etc...

Just kind hoping to help out for a while, I have almost 10 years experience as a mobile DJ.

I have just lost another job to someone who has a web site so must be 'more professional'.

I have an £8,000 rig - No joke its my baby - I have done eveything from pubs to nightclubs and been wedding resident at MacDonald hotels at the tender age of 21.

However, according to some of the public, they would book you in front of me.

You have no kit!!!!!!!!!!

Now don't take that the wrong way and my situation is something that is clearly not your fault, but what are you going to do when an enquiry comes in?

Yea yea, I understand, but it doesn't include the interactivity of the site yet and the site has only been up two weeks.

Ive not pushed any search engines to it yet either (i.e. registered with them, or anything to push the site)

I wouldn't lie to anyone, you have to remember your viewing my site throught the link here lol not on the search engines. Once I am ready which should be within 1 or 2 months max the interactivity and everything else will be up and running.

Also most people hire a couple of months in advance and he does say hes hoping to get the kit together within a couple of months so probably a good idea to get the site up now so hopefully he can have some gigs to start paying off the kit asap.

I know its Feb, but been getting the pants kicked out of me recently loosing every job to someone with a web site. What is annoying is someone has let me down on my web site and they owe me big time. I can't pull them on it as it relates to my day job and I can't cross the two over.

Moral - If you don't do it yourself it won't get done. Rely on nobody but yourself or it won't happen.

I am now trying to find an evening class in Lancashire for web design, CSS coding and HTML training. I am going to do it myself.

Unfortunately that mean writing off 2010 and knocking the business plan back a year, but so be it. Really annoyed. Really, really annoyed.

You don't need to have any knowledge of web design to do it, you just need great content, this site goes on about CTPM Content,Traffic,PreSell,Monetize.

Without building in code you can't be sure how your site will appear on different browsers. By code building you get some standardisation.

I want to ensure I can get decent SEO and that is again down to how they are built and ensuring them pesky spiders are picking key words early doors, whilst also ensuring it makes sense to human bods.

Again, i refer you to the link at the bottom of my homepage, really honestly, everything youve said it takes care of, step by step, even to the point, once your ready it will put you in the search engines. It even analyses every page you build to see how effective it's going to be in the search engines.

Think of this site (the web builder thingy lol) as your power to your equipment, the power provides everything you need to supply a disco, everything else i.e actually djing (content) is down to you.

The rest is taken care of.

And ok ive just looked, I admit it doesn't specify anything about PLI being a legal requirement, but if a light accidentally fell on you, you'd be pretty annoyed if you wanted compensation wouldn't you? in general terms of course. Plus any business needs to cover there own arses so to speak :p

Plus some venues require you to have at least 5million in PLI cover before they'll even let you in to do a gig.
