I got mine from a link that Elite DJ gave me a while back. Ebay I think it was and I got 12 rolls of excellent quality Gaffa tape for around £20.00.

I always use the heavy duty Gaffer tape from Maplin.

Not cheap at £6.99 plus about £3 postage for a 50 metre roll, but it's the dogs, and proves that you really DO get what you pay for, as it's very sticky & leaves no residue.

Without a doubt, the best I've ever found...and I've tried many different types over the years.

I've tried both, and bought a couple of roles from SEDA more out of sense of duty lol, but I have to agree with Rob, the Craplins Gaffa tape is the dogs :D

There'll be a clause in the T's & C's somewhere that states that RJE reserves the right to charge £x per metre for gaffa used in excess of 5m per job. Or something like that :D

Maybe he does, or maybe (like me) he's been using the stuff for over 25 years...giving him plenty of time to try out lots of different types (even if one roll lasts for a whole year!).

I've bought from B&Q before but recently our local ASDA was selling them off for £1.50 a roll so I stocked up on it. Quite good stuff, really (better than the white stuff that leaves it's sticky everywhere!!).
