Would've is short for 'Would have' it IS NOT EVER 'would of' (because 'would of' doesn't actually make sense).

I wouldn't worry, Peter.

I flagged up "there, their & they're" in a thread ages ago, but it made little difference, as a number of people still make the error (especially mixing up "there" and "their") on a daily basis.

You can probably tell that English Language was one of my two O levels!

I approve tons of listings daily here on the Directory, and it's absolutely shocking how may listings are full of errors. I can only imagine how they converse with potential clients.

I will again hold my hands up to the odd mistake, but it's generally hands running faster than the head and not reading back over. Guilty as charge some of the time!
