Hi all

Has anyone got a couple Par 56 led cans they may want to flog or can recommend somewhere I might pick 2 up for a bargain?

You can buy the thomann ones, or Pulse (CPC) cans for around £30-35 each, so not really worth bothering with second hand as they're almost disposable at that price anyway.

Yeah of course your right Danno I've seen the Kam ones online at Maplins for £69.99 and thought you must be able to get them cheaper than that

OK, so if it's a particular model you're after, it would be useful to let people know or provide a link as there are loads of different types out there :)

No particular make in mind. Just that there is a Maplins in Newcastle and I could get them from there, but wondered if there was anything cheaper out there:)

get yourself down to phase one at darlington then you can see what you are buying

CPC cans are cheap but you take your chances if you get a working on or not. They seem to have a problem with the green LED's as they don't last long.

The green LEDs were a batch issue. All the new stock has MK2 stamped on the LED pcb. If anybody has old stock with defective green LEDs please get in touch and we will ship replacement pcb's complete with LEDs for free.
