Actually, I have seen a few for around £400. It seems to be when you go to 40/42" that the price seems to rise.

Shame really as the 32" are very cheap. It would be fine for a wedding fayre, but I think a little small for displaying photos? What do you think?

Agree may br a touch small,

but then again how big do you wanna go with it and you have to transport them too.

Suspect 50" might be the way forward for this

I had a 32" for photo slideshows and did find it a bit small in all but the smallest rooms - now in the conservatory :D :D

I bought 2 46" monitors which look good but do cause transport and setting up problems due to size and weight, tend to go back to projector use most of the time now.

I bought the monitors from a local Argos Clearance store. Not sure if many around the country though - so not really much help am I :p :D :D :D

Who you swearing at ?? :D :D

Keeping hold of the monitors,(still use for corporate use) but often pop into the Argos Clearance shop (because i'm sad :D ). If any on offer will let you know, so long as postage does not make the whole thing pointless :D :D

Soooooooo, back in the room...and on topic.

After spending a little while looking around at the usual suspects, Ebuyer, Tesco, Argos, Makro etc, I found a 40" LCD on EBay for just over £300. Not a make I've heard of before, but it's only to display pictures and a bit of video at wedding fayres and for the Christmas functions later this year, so even if it only last a year, I can't complain.

I had a little problem with this TV and have to say that the service from the shop that I bought it from was very very good.

Here's the linky (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170462862578&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT#ht_1838wt_939) if you are interested.

Wow, looks nice

Not sure i would fit that on my rig but I think i can afford to go bigger ... 32" maybe as currently i am on 23" ... I do charge a very small fee for this add-on though.
