I'm working on something at the moment and am after opinions on the layout only, don't worry about the text used or typos it's purely on the way it looks, colours used etc ;)

And no before you ask I couldn't get a proper screen shot of it :p :D

Whilst I like the overall look, the banner is, IMO, too big. It will force people to scroll. Run it through http://browsersize.googlelabs.com/

Also the navigation text/buttons aren't prominent enough.

Otherwise a nice clean professional look :)

My wedding DJ site works really well attached to my adwords campaign, great ROI and I have the CTR to just under 12%. Your thread is actually named exactly the same as mine was and the same subject too, weird huh !

Looks clean and professional enough to do the job I reckon, I'll leave the other stuff to the experts, nice though imo.
