The Best DJ / Karaoke Mixer ???

Looking for any advice regarding a good quality DJ/Karaoke mixer...

Ideally will have at least 2 balanced xlr mic outputs and 2 1/4 jack mic ioutputs.

Need a minimum of 4 channels and preferably sound effects for singers etc..

And of course rack mountable. 4U but 6U at a push..

Any advice gratefully recieved.:D
