the new phase one shop

i went down to the new phase one shop today and it is fantastic mike has put alot of effort into the new place.
there is more room to move,more room to display kit and a separate lighting room tons of stuff on display.
if any of you get a chance to pop over you wont be disappointed

I recently ordered some colourwash lights from Phase One - and I'd like to say what a great experience!

I got some very good advice and ended up with an option that will suit me better and also saved me £80.

I ordered them online on Saturday evening and received them Tuesday morning and was updated on the progress by email.

We're always quick to report bad service so thought I'd give a big thumbs up for an excellent service. I'm definitely going to use Phase One in future.

Phase One are good, and they upload videos to Youtube, they have recently moved to a larger shop and asked DJs opinions on how they think the shop should be, and what they like to see when they arrive.

A big plus factor with Mike is his product video's, gives you a great chance to have a look at a new product other than the over polished / brief manufacturers video's etc

I've spent alot of money with mike at phase one and its not just how the shop looks its the service you get from him. second to none, just hope when my shop opens in the Newcastle area I can give the same service to custoners up here . (please note phase one is 40 miles away from newcastle) we don't have a supplier up here now. and its time we did. until that day I will use mike without hesitation .
