I thought I would backtrack to when I first joined the forum and read some of my outlandish threads/posts. Some are dam right rude, unbelievable, disrespectful, odd, funny, crude, immature, embarrassing....

Here's a few of my threads that stirred a lot of debate...

http://www.forum.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/showthread.php?t=11838

I also had a look at the "Gallery" section and did some backtracking. :sj:

Some of the rigs were so basic 3 years ago. One wouldn't think a "rig" could change so much in such a short period of time.

I'm sure people won't mind.... :D

http://www.forum.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/showthread.php?t=6304 - Paul's has to be the biggest change...

Apart from this show off... ;) :p

Should the forum take credit for such a drastic change? How much has this forum helped people get where they are today?

I don't think I would of achieved or met such wonderful people if I didn't stumble across this forum. I remember the day I signed up...In mum's kitchen with a donner kebab drewkling over other companies sites until this site popped up on Google.

I'm happy for the forum to take 90% credit for my achievements in the industry and the other 10% will be down to maturity.

Your views? Where would you be today without the forum? Any threads you started that caused a lot of debate?

Over to you. :beer1: .... I'm off to have breakfast.

I know what you mean Charlie, when I look back at old photos (especially that one) I say to myself   what was I thinking.

The turnaround in my rig is 100% attributable to this forum as I'd probably still have that now if I didn't know any better.

I'm not quite sure how I came to log on and get into this forum but I'm well pleased I did :D

It's improved my business no end and I'm reaping the benefits right now!

And I don't live in Derby now, nearer to Chesterfield :p :D

Did some great gigs over in Northern Ireland including the Europa Hotel which was at the time (and may still be) the most bombed hotel in the world   :D
