If you see an advert for this ink cartridge recycling company run by Total Care and Support of Blackburn my advice is to give them a wide berth. I thought I was being green by signing up to them to recycle my ink cartridges and receive replacements for £5.99 per month. My experience with their cartidges is that they are poor quality and their business practices are such that I have ended up paying a further 3 months subscription plus penalty fees of £20 and threats of debt collectors etc if I dont pay since I cancelled my direct debit to them. In addition I had to pay for replacement cartridges from Tesco as theirs wouldnt work properly in my printer. All this despite telephone calls and written correspondence. I have found them to be totally unscrupulous and money grubbing.
