As we seem to be into positive threads at the moment, here's another one.
I'm after a clamp to fix a t-bar midway down a lighting stand, as the thread has gone on my existing one.
I bought the last one a good few years back from Terralec, but I couldn't see it in their current catalogue, so phoned them up yesterday to ask whether they still do this clamp.
The lady I spoke to said that they no longer sell this item, and haven't done for a few years.
However, she offered to take my details and told me she'd make some enquiries & come back to me.
About an hour later, she phoned back & told me they WERE able to get one of these clamps for me (even though they haven't sold them for a good few years!).
Thank you Terralec. As always, ten out of ten for customer service.
