I feel sorry for Whitney - or maybe just sad. Last years album is very good but she was never going to cope with the pressure of touring and promotion work. I saw her at the DJ Convention at the Hippodrome around the release of the first album - she was lovely. I saw again, probably 10 years later at Wembley Arena in the round, and we were disappointed - I'm amazed she's still performing live. It's easy to be critical, as I said I'm just sad.

When she was at Wembley in the round many years ago people were actually walking out of the concert half way through, by the time that we left (which was about 3/4 of he way through you could see loads of empty seats around the arena for what was originally a sell out night!

Unfortunately, I don't think that's the case!

She claims she's suffering from a bad throat, fair enough - so cancel the show? Why risk your vocal reputation? To be honest, I don't think she's as good as she used to be, but that's to be expected.

I'm off to see her at the end of the month.... and to be honest, I'm really not looking forward to it!

I have a bad bad feeling that I've wasted a lot of money to see her!
