well guys to day i got this delivered "http://www.htfr.com/more-info/MR224007 " and there's NO over head.. but there is uprights and a deck stand base. I am confused also i was under impression the base had different heights??.

Check the paperwork and the packaging to make sure what you ordered and what has been delivered are one and the same.

If the model you ordered was definitely the one you've linked to, then it seems that you do have a problem (maybe only 1 package of 2 delivered? - ie should there be a second box with the overhead bar?)

Certainly the specs on the link you've given say:-

Heavy gauge steel construction
Internal stand width : 1200mm
Multi height base stand (4 height settings)

But bear in mind that the shelf height adjustment is often just achieved by turning the crossbars upside-down, and/or bolting to a different hole.... it's not an 'adjustment' once erected.

The side supports are a fixed height, it's the shelves that can be configured into 4 differrent height settings, by using different holes to secure the shelf supports to, and turning the shelf supports over for two more height options. Regarding the cross piece, give them a ring, htfr seem a bit prone to only dispatching part orders due to lack of stock or accepting orders that they don't have the goods in stock for.

Yer it was definatly the one in the link.. and on the boxes it says 1 of 3 and i got 3 parcels..

Ive ordered load of there stuff off eBay and there shop stuff like plugs and par cans and they didn't have them in stock..

the stand you ordered is only the stand. if you look at the piccie the overhead part is a different shade. you will also need to buy this piece

I think if you look again and look at the "Product Description" it says
This stand also features a 2.5m overhead double bar with variable height and plenty of space for lighting effects thanks to the double bar goal post

So therefore it does include the lighting bar and CJ really needs to ring them and ask whats going off :)

Peter I decide to go with deck stand and put the booth around it. because the shelves that come with the booth only JUST fit in the van.. but i guess that's bit me on the backside...

anyways Ive rang htfr and they said it was all there and being quite rude, until i tell them to open another one at their shop to find out its a fault with ultimax..

so i demand a refund and I'm going to get the upright and over head kit for the booth as it will be easier :o
