[ SOLD ] Martin Wizard (copy)

For sale is very good Martin wizard (copy).. this is a very good light, I intended to keep it. but I tried it last Saturday as a center piece with 2 efx500s and it was OTT..

the light is the same as a wizard (not extreme).

at present it has a philips one in.. I was told it were new when i got it.

its a decent effect. would be very good if DMX'ed it dose run a bit fast though the programs but i haven't played with the controls on it though.

OK so if it's a copy, what brand is it? Where did you buy it from?

Yeah is a bit on the fast side. Shame really its not a martin I have an mc-1 I control my other martin lights on and if was a martin would have bought .

Yeah I kind of want it but a bit put off by not knowing if I can get spares. I have a friend selling a martin wizard as well but he wants £200. But the wizard I know will work with my mc-1 controller.
I will have a word with my friend and let you know tommorow.

I think it is the Skytronic Warlock.

I've never seen one in action but have heard good reports about them. They've been dubbed as the "poor man's Martin Wizard", for the price in comparison with the Martin effect, they may be a good buy for someone.

I've got the Wizard Extreme so am not interested in the Warlock but I'm surprised you've still got it, CJ, when you've knocked the price down to £130.

CJ said earlier in the thread that he wasn't sure of the model. I got the feeling he was still unsure when he posted the links. But I had seen the Warlock prior to getting the Wizard Extreme so I am pretty certain it's the right one.

Can't remember if the Warlock I saw had any markings on, though. Come to think of it, I don't think it did. Odd that! :confused:

it took me a while to catch up with the thread, but knew it was the warlock. A couple of the venues up here have them in.

I think the Warlock was around £250-£300 and the Wizard Extreme was over £900 at the time got mine.

Still, it wasn't my cash that needed spending! ;)

It is indeed a "Warlock" made by a company called Neo-Neon, its an OEM product - hence the lack of branding.
