Hows the end of 2010 looking for you lot?


I seem to be getting quite a few bookings for the last 3 or 4 months of the year, mainly 18th birthday doo's.

Anyone else having this?

Nope....Wedding season is fantastic for me....By the end of August..I'll have completed a fair few Weddings and Private Functions. I can't wait for it actually.

I should have some indication by the end of August if it's something I want to pursue in later life....

...If that makes sense.

September is unusually quiet at the moment.
October is unusally busy.
November is quiet (but it's a funny old month)
December i've just had my Dec residency confirm, so that looks better that it did last month!

December was rubbish last year but this year we have 9 bookings already!

Five for Sept, four Oct and just the one for November

We did about 30 bookings in all last year but we are already up to 58 confirmed bookings for this year :)

Well ahead of last year up to end of May then it goes off a cliff for us.

June is Rubbish.
July is double rubbish
August we have 3 jobs which is down on 2009 and down on the 10 we did in 2008.
September is light, but deliberately as I am expecting a new arrival.
October is kept clear for same reason as September
November has only two jobs in
December we have two Christmas parties and NYE booked in.

Need to be looking at filling the gaps really, but think wedding season has passed us by this year.

My diary is lokking same at the moment but there's still time. Only difference is my Dec res gives me the dates on new year's day as I'm packing up from the night before
