At what point do you think - 'I've not used that for xxxx amount, best get rid.'

Just had everything tested today.....some of it i've not used for a year.
Why keep it....but then good old 'green grass' law :D ....you will need it in few weeks. (Or am I just a junk monkey)
So how long doo you keep it until you think....i'll get rid.

I never know when I'll need them old skool Par cans again and the bubble machine or the 3 smoke machines or even the loopy tubes I got off Vectis and have never used :eek:

I only usually sell stuff to fund the replacement for what Im selling ie I can only see myself selling my denon playout because I want the newer model etc..

I see little point in selling stuff for pennies unless of course you need the space.

Plus with your eyesight Tony im surprised you can find half of your rig at the best of times mwahahaha ;)

I'm a hoarder, I honestly can't remember the last time I sold off my old gear. The shed is full of gear and the attic is full to the brim with it too.

I've been in peoples houses who share that very same theory, not good lol :p

I sell stuff I no longer need or use, I'm more, out with the old in with the new attitude, than you never know when you might need it. :)

being a practical person, I use all the gear I have...as I don't have the room to keep stuff which is rarely used.

On the rare occasions when I DO need something I don't have, I'll borrow it from a friend. If none of them have it, I'll hire it in.

I've never been a hoarder, and never will.

I sell everything i do not use on a weekly basis.

Only the projector, back up speakers & mixer & smoke machine left now.

in have a couple of big old pars that are super bright that i may need for floodlighting something.
