After having my car broken into the other day, I have decided home cctv is needed.

I have not got a clue about what I need, how it works etc. Can anyone shed some light at a basic level.

What I want is a camera front and back of the house (must be able to work at night) and some way of recording any images.

Any guidance would be appreciated (links to actual systems even better ;) )

Cheers :beer1:

What so any idiot with a £20 fleabay mobile phone jammer in their pocket or a badly positioned TV sender device can kill the signal? Hmmm.... Should always go wired if it's important. Wireless is OK for seeing who's at the front door type applications.

Never thought about that, told you I was a novice. Is it not a pain to wire though, especially considering one wire will go front to back

If I have my van at a certain position on the drive, I can watch next doors Sky Sports on my reversing camera monitor;)
When I'm reversing, I guess they can see my driveway:Laugh:
