Hi Folks

Does anyone know if its possible to daisy chain two 4-Way IEC Mains Distribution Box?
The reason for asking is that I have two mounted on my truss at present and would be great to run just the one power lead down to the mains instead of two?

I do this all the time. Provided the cable linking the two boxes and the one going down to the mains are rated high enough for the current you're drawing, you'll be fine.

Why not just get a 5 gang IEC block? I think I bought some from Ebay or CPC for about a fiver!

Frankie - this is safe for loads up to 10a (2,300w @ 230v).
(the type of IEC320 connectors you have will be rated to 10a)
You can daisy chain as many as you wish, as long as you don't exceed a load of 2,300w. You can calculate the total load by summing the individual appliance loads.
