You should be able to get white by playing with the dip switches, although it won't be a pure white it'll be near as

turn all the red, green and blue leds on will give you the closest to white they will do.

I guess you could always put a gel over them too?

I did try that once , the clients wanted yellow , as it happens the par 36 coloured caps fit nicely on the colourbursts and the kam versions , unfortunately all I got was a dull white :(

gels on led's dont really work
colour filters are designed to be used with a broad spectrum source like a halogen or incandecent lamp. LED's produce light on specific frequencies, which are mixed together to produce colours via additive mixing. If you then use subtractive filtering, the results will be dissapointing
some high end led RGB fixtures can do reasonable white, but there are now units on the market having rgb+ amber + white circuits to produce neutral and tint shades better - but they aint cheap!

Turn all the LEDS on and fit a heavy-frost filter in the filter holder.

You can achieve this white..... or by reducing the blue to about 50% a slightly more straw coloured white.
Sorry about quality of pics, taken on phone in my office 5 mins ago. :)
