Hello All
My name is David, from Merseyside have I real interest in lighting and have quite a lot of Lighting at home including martin fixtures so I have decided to start my own mobile lighting business which will provide professional lighting to DJs, wedding, social clubs, dance event, raves, bands and functions, across Merseyside and parts of the North West. This business is currently in the process of starting up.
This business will help mobile DJs, disco, venues and bands with lighting as they will no longer need to worry about speding hrs on programming lighting, cost of lighting fixtures plus this will free space at the back of a car or van as you don't need any lighting.
I have business cards getting printed out and a web site which will be available as soon as the business is up and running.
Lighting equipment used is best on the market Kam, LEDJ, Acme and Martin
I will provide the lighting, setup, de-gig and operation of the lighting though Martin LJ software.
I have different lightshow packages from small basic to large dance club packages, also can provide LED venue Uplighting.
I have fully PLI up to 5million and equipment will be PAT tested.
I'm in need of some help
First is pricing as I’m currently unsure on about how to charge??
And lastly is what healthy and safety acts and rules I need to follow for my lighting business??
Once set up I would be more than happy to take bookings from any of you from this forum.
Any help, advice will be most appreciated!!
