Don't you just hate it?
Ordered the Ultimax stand and shelf from a company called JP Leisure (www.jpleisure.co.uk (http://www.jpleisure.co.uk)) - anyone had any dealings with them?
They said it would be delivered today - Wait in all day, nothing.
Ring J.P Leisure - "Yes we dispatched it yesterday with Fed-Ex" - bloke puts the tracking number in and computer say's No - sorry doesn't recognise it, as far he's concerned it's been dispatched. he gives me the tracking number and the number for Fed-Ex.
Ring Fed-Ex - the reason the tracking numbers not coming up because nothing is booked out to my postcode and the tracking number corresponds with a postcode - so it seems they've dispatched it, but not to my address even though my postcode is showing correct on the receipt cum invoice I printed off.
Ring J.P Liesure back, can't get through - gone 5 O'clock - NO-ONE THERE :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:

I'm not a happy teddy bear at the moment as you can imagine. I specifically used this company so I didn't have to use HTFR - The law of Mr Sod!!!!!

I've used JP Leisure on many occasions and the service has always been good. Can't think why you should have to contact fed-ex though. Surely if it doesn't arrive the onus is on the retailer to contact the delivery company and find out what's happened?

thinking about it I agree entirely, maybe I originally rang too close to 5 O'clock for him to bother if you know what I mean.
Lines open 9 in the morning - both barrels are primed!

Good luck. I'm sure you'll get it all sorted out tomorrow. :)

......And low and behold 8.50am this morning it turns up   Fed-Ex stickers on it, not by Fed-Ex - Was too bearly eyed with the bright sun and doorbell waking me up to ask questions
Still won't have time to get it all pre-wired etc before tomorrow nights gig as I've too much to do anyhow, and then it slowly dawned on me when I unpacked it that I actually need G-clamps (I currently use the quick-clamps) - so back on t'internet
