Hi Guys,
I'm Jason, based in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.
I run "Dance Sounds Disco", specialising in Weddings and Adult Parties.
Working with my partner, we provide small to medium rigs with DMX lighting, and optional uplighting/moodlighting with full DMX control for colour matching.
New website in the wings as the current one is pretty dire.
I'm currently integrating DJ EventPlanner, and have about 5 wedding clients actively using it.
What else... Hmm!
I recently joined SEDA, and looking forward to getting involved. I'm also involved with DJ Associates association and use them for PLI and other bits.
Anyway - just saying "Hi"!
Regards,
Jason

Hi Guys!
Where are you Angela/Corabar?
I mainly cover just Hertfordshire, and a sometimes Braintree area (when I grew up - so have contacts there).
Busy day job, and enough work for me in this area to avoid travelling too far.
Furthest this year was Riverdale barn in Hampshire, doing Greenwich Yacht club later this year -but hopefully they're the only ones at out of Herts.
I used to travel the UK for my day job - but don't want to do it as a DJ -esp as I'm part-time only!

Ha! Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
Day job is in Elstree (not at the studios!), so not too far from Barnet
Spent time in the Studios working with the spinning projection screens for Orbitals world tour a few years ago!
I know a few local guys in the area. I am limited by the number of gigs I can take, as I have my children every other weekend... I've been pretty lucky this year, but often have to turn these away with some basic advice.
I do pass some gigs on (to deal direct) to a few guys I know, but would be happy to pass any your way.
With the new site, I do plan on having a "recommended alternatives" as a hidden page (with "no follow, no index"!!), that I can provide a link to if I'm unavailable.
I'd prefer to direct people to DJ's I have some confidence in, rather than leaving them to the mercy of local papers/yellow pages/goodparty!
