Not having a good day.
I have karaoke up my local club tonight , nice easy gig.................not
set up , to find the power supply on the external hard drive has failed , easy I said , I have loads of 12v 2amp adapters , er I have , but none with the right plug :Censored: , ended up soldering a new plug on to a different supply ( same output.

so I do a sound check ......to find one of my class D bins has died :( , on the strength of this I will stub my toe.

School Prom a couple of weeks back, daytime set-up......

On the load in a speaker fell straight backwards off my truck, knocked the driver off the back of the mid-range horn.
"No problem" I think, "Gaffer it back on for now". Don't have to tools with me to do it as I'm not in my van but a borrowed one. Do it later.
Unpack Roboscans to hang on truss - no clamps! Do them later.
Plugging in PA, tails missing from back of amp. Sort it later.
I ended up spending over an hour at the set-up (with roadie!) and leaving it half rigged, to go home - luckily just across town - to go back to sort everything out. Ended up spending another hour finishing rigging and fixing the speaker:(

Well the gig was great.....:D

apart from.......

mic lead broke , I carry loads of spare leads , and a new VHF wireless mic had a fit of turning its self on and off , that can go back , so no real problems

check the connection to the driver inside the cab.

had that a few months ago and it worked again.
