Gallery upload problem

Just trying to upload pics to my site from last nights wedding.

Not done anything different to what I usually do and I'm getting the screenshot attached on the web.

Any ideas what the problem is?

The ampersand (&) in the image filenames.

For web safe filenames you're best to stick to lowercase alphanumerics and underscores, and nothing else.
