mmmm very strange i use ie8 and its fine i have set it up on my laptop though but that is a widescreen laptop perhaps this is the reason??????? why it shows different on other peoples??

That sounds like a different problem Charlie as we're just talking about the picture covering the text. What do you mean by "text is all funny"? (Just trying to get a clearer picture for the OP, since if he doesn't know exactly what's wrong, he won't know where to start to fix it :) )

I'm sorry to report that IE7 is another browser where the pic on your homepage covers up half the text.

The name comes from my last name and the wife's maiden name,just happend to come out like that. Always open to comments, cheers for the feedback

Hi and welcome to the MDD, as the others have said, the photo on your old website covers the text. The newer site is better, although the spelling, punctuation and content needs to be looked at though. It all takes time and I'm sure you'll get there. :cool:
